Our Learn and Earn program for vulnerable children in Africa is a transformative initiative aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty and providing educational opportunities for underprivileged youth. These include vocational skills such as carpentry, tailoring, agriculture, and craftsmanship, as well as life skills training such as financial literacy, communication skills, and problem-solving.
- Apprenticeships and mentorship: To provide hands-on experience and guidance, we facilitate apprenticeships with local businesses and skilled professionals. Children have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors, gain practical knowledge, and develop a strong work ethic.
- Micro-enterprise development: We support the establishment of small-scale income-generating activities, such as small businesses or cooperative ventures, that enable children to earn a sustainable income. As part of our program, we provide support to families, including mentorship, counselling services, and access to essential resources such as healthcare and nutrition programs.
